To ensure that the Technology group processes are compliant with the relevant industry standards and regulations and can meet client expectations.

Technology Compliance Manager

Location: lubelskie / Lublin

 

Job description

  • Work with function Heads within the Technology group to ensure compliance in all processes.
  • Ensure that all processes within the Technology team are compliant with regulations (e.g. GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11)
  • Ensure that all processes required to maintain ISO27001 information security certification and standards are maintained.
  • Ensure the timely and complete response to Client questionnaires/audits requested of the Technology team.

Requirements

  • Understanding of best practice information security standards and certifications (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST and SOC2)
  • Experience in authoring, maintaining, and ensuring compliance to standard operating procedures relating to information security.
  • Experience in scheduling and coordination of all ongoing review processes, activities and meetings required to adhere to relevant security standards.
  • Experience in supporting external audits required to maintain ISO27001 certification.
  • Ability to engage with senior leaders within IT.
  • Good organisational skills a must.
  • Client facing experience desirable.
