Responsibilities

• maintaning the outcoming and incoming correspondence
• supervising the documents from Employees and Candidates
• supporting onboarding activities
• supporting HR Admin & Payroll Team in daily activities

Qualifications

• University Degree
• At least 6 months of experience in personnel administration
• Knowledge of work legislation
• Knowledge of administration of personnel practices
• Good command of English language min. B2
• Computer skills: MS Outlook, Work, Excel
• Organized and detail – oriented personality
• Good planning and analytical skills
• Prioritization and multitasking skills
